Occupancy & Parking
Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Parking is limited to 5 cars in the designated area near the entrance gate. Driving elsewhere on the grounds is prohibited.
Quiet Hours
Respect quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
Guests & Grill Usage
Registered guests are permitted to have visitors during their stay. Overnight guests must be registered. Use the gas grill responsibly, turning off the gas supply after each use.
Hot Tub & Outdoor Fires
Hot tub guidelines provided upon booking must be followed. Outdoor fires are allowed only at the campfire ring; never leave a fire unattended.
Property Care
Avoid disposing of food scraps down sinks as there is no garbage disposal. Exercise caution when walking outdoors due to local wildlife. Specific areas are reserved for owner use only.
Wildlife & Outdoor Safety
Caution is advised near brush and long grass due to the presence of poisonous snakes. Bears are known in the area; all food and trash must be stored properly.
Firearms, Vehicles, & Activities
No hunting, use of firearms, or weapons on the property. ATVs or similar vehicles are not allowed. Zipline and certain areas are off-limits.
Septic System & Property Respect
Do not flush feminine products down the toilet. Refrain from leaving trash outside the provided containers.
Leaving Instructions
Leave the property tidy and in its original condition. Complete laundry tasks as instructed. Clean the kitchen, remove all brought food, and dispose of trash in provided containers.
Additional Rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the property. Ensure legal and respectful use of the provided Wi-Fi.
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM via self-check-in using the lockbox.
